Turn a good meeting into a clear next step.
BUSINESS CULTURE & SALESA practical guide for teams that want more structure in German customer conversations.
Revica perspective · 15 October 2026
Prepare for the specific customer
There is no single German customer type. Industry, organisation and individual preferences all shape a deal. Revica recommends researching the company, understanding your contact’s role and preparing a clear agenda. Share a brief context beforehand so both sides know why you are meeting.
Let discovery guide the demonstration
Ask about the current situation, its consequences and the desired outcome. Who will use the solution? Who approves a purchase? Who else needs to be involved? Then tailor the demonstration to what you have heard. It is usually more useful to explain one relevant workflow thoroughly than to show every feature.
Follow up so the customer can act
Summarise your understanding, open questions and the proposed next step. Set out who does what and when you will speak again. Distinguish agreements from suggestions. If your contact needs internal support, a concise explanation of the need, value and implementation can be more useful than a long generic presentation.
Connect meetings to the rest of the process
Five meetings do not create value on their own. Decide who will lead them and how you will follow up. Revica’s standard packages provide a defined starting point through meeting booking or a workshop. If you want Revica to manage customer conversations, proposals, negotiation and closing too, we can agree a separate engagement covering the entire sales cycle.
