Germany: almost eight times Sweden’s population. Start with a narrow focus.
MARKET & STRATEGYA large market becomes a real opportunity when you know which customers you can help.

Size opens more possible routes
The German Federal Statistical Office’s 2025 comparison puts Germany at approximately 83.6 million inhabitants and Sweden at 10.6 million: around 7.9 times Sweden’s population. This gives a sense of scale, but it does not measure the market for your product. A specialist B2B service needs a more specific assessment of relevant companies, customer needs and willingness to pay.
Choose a problem, not an entire country
Revica recommends starting with a clear ideal customer profile. Pick an industry, company size and use case where you can already demonstrate value. A workforce planning tool, for example, could begin with one type of operation rather than trying to reach every employer at once.
Test your proposition in real conversations
Create a prioritised company list. Write down a concrete reason each prospect would want to speak with you. Use early conversations to test the message and audience: Which problems recur? Who owns the issue? What would make a next step worthwhile? Record negative feedback too.
Build a market you can actually serve
Plan for follow-up, demos and implementation before scaling outreach. Revica can support your market understanding and meeting booking, or work across the full sales cycle through an individual engagement. A considered market entry lets each customer conversation improve the next one.
